Claude the hermit crab

Claude the Hermit Crab, inspired by a piece of found wood which had a natural channel reminiscent of the opening of a sea shell. Carving the back of the piece defined the shell shape. The legs are made from reclaimed metal punches, the claws from corroded steel collected during a trip to the coast. Found wood, Steel punches, Reclaimed metals.
